Projecting the Enemy Image
How much could our souls expand if we abandon our pursuit of the enemy image? What if we worked on liberating the shadows, the unknown artists who paint the enemy images for us? What if we could see the image as an abstraction, a projection, and cease punishing the surface for hosting the image?
In our anger, objection, and disdain, there are clues for the work that's ours alone to do. When we are courageous enough to let the enemy go, our souls have limitless space to grow.
(Reflections of practicing forgiveness and getting to the heart of entangled resentments based on Richard Rohrs core principle- "The best criticism of the bad is the practice of the better. Oppositional energy only creates more of the same.")
